In VSAT we support two main lines. The following is an outline of the types of services that are typically we can offer to our clients:
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) offers services for remote monitoring of VSAT networks.
- Follow up for ticket raised for activations/test demo from the data base system from the clients end.
- Sending / preparing the option file with appropriate firmware to the customer as per sales/commercial dept. request.
- Follow up with the customer's technician to align the dish antenna & point it to the correct satellite.
- Performing the Isolation/Compression Test with the VSAT technician at the site and with Satellite operator telephonically.
- Once all the parameters are good, assisting to activate the site with Core NOC engineers of the client.
- We also provide email & telephonic support to troubleshoot issues, like slow speed, disconnections etc.
- Replying emails and phone instantly to the customers .
- We also provide technical support by taking remote access of our customer's computer to troubleshoot issues loading firmware’s , recovering modems ,slow speed , configuring routers and LAN for the customers of the client.
- We Recover all types of the iDirect modem if the modem gets corrupted.
- We also Upgrade & downgrade the Firmware/Packages as per the requirement of our client.
- If monitoring tools / server access provided we can monitor and troubleshoot the problems accordingly to keep sites for better performance.
- Network and Traffic management including filtering, prioritization and protocol blocking
