VSAT Support (Level 1 and 2 Support)

In VSAT we support two main lines. The following is an outline of the types of services that are typically we can offer to our clients:

Providing sales support we can offer to our clients according to their requirements.

1. Sales for our client's VSAT equipment’s & the services according to requirements of client by screening of their initial information of bandwidth required and coverage of the satellite.
2. Leads data would be required from the clients website
3. Once the leads data are with us , then we call each customer , email them reply in case they ask their queries & filter them.
4. We then follow all the potential VSAT customer's and try to encourage them to join our client's network (Shared & Dedicated).
5. Informing them about the benefits of our client's VSAT network.
6. Providing the customer's with formal indicative & informal quotations.
7. Converting them into potential customer & making them join our client's network.
8. finalizing the customer for payment /invoice for won and closing if lost
9. All data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone.
